Bokoro 望湖楼 is an exceptional Onsen Ryokan 温泉旅館 that features two large outdoor baths (Rotenburo) 露天風呂 suspended over the lake. This makes a spectacular view that is highly recommended at sunset.

Hawai Town 羽合町 is part of Yurihama Town 湯梨浜町 located near Kurayoshi 倉吉 in Tottori 鳥取 Prefecture. Because of the similarity of its name, the town had a cultural exchange relationship with Hawaii in the U.S. In comparison, the weather is very different and winter months see snow, but they have planted palm trees on the boulevards in this small town to make a connection with Hawaii in the U.S.
Just by the outdoor baths is a station to boil eggs. Hotel guests get a complimentary egg each to boil in this hot water bath. The product is exceptionally delicious.
There are also two large indoor baths. The larger of the two features a sauna. The smaller bath has a large boat-like structure made from rock that can be climbed into. The indoor and outdoor baths switch between male and female use so they can all be experienced at different times during your stay.
The food is high quality and the service is excellent.
