The entry fee is very cheap at 300yen, but this is because amenities normally available at other establishments such as body soap, shampoo and conditioner are not supplied. You can purchase them at an additional price or bring your own. Towels are naturally also not supplied but can be purchased too.

The facilities are quite impressive. Two saunas, a dry infra-red sauna and a wet mist sauna. A cold water plunge pool is directly outside the exit to the saunas. There are several indoor baths with the temperature of the water displayed. Some of these have bubbles and jets, one is a theme bath that has a changing fragrance and colour depending on the day. The outdoor bath is surrounded by a large Japanese garden and there are Utase-yu 打たせ湯 (water drops from above to massage the shoulders) stations in the outdoor bath.

Massage salt can be used in the mist sauna. This massage salt can be purchased in a small plastic bag. The procedure for a salt sauna is to massage the salt onto your skin avoiding sensitive areas, then allow the salt to dissolve from the sweat produced as you enjoy the mist sauna. Sanintabi! has experienced supple feeling skin after using massage salt in a mist sauna.

There are also restaurant and hotel facilities at OU Land.
