Sanintabi was heavily impressed by the quality and taste of the coffee served at Café ROSSO. Normal coffee simply can not compare to that produced by a world champion Barista. Unlike other Baristas, Hiroyuki Kadowaki 門脇洋之 chooses to roast his own coffee beans every day.
Café ROSSO also has its own shop selling a variety of coffee and other products that can be bought online through mail order. Hiroyuki Kadowaki 門脇洋之 has also written books such as Espresso Book エスプレッソブック and Espresso & Cappuccino Art エスプレッソとカプチーノアート.
The café itself is very neatly arranged. Customers pass through the shop area before entering the main table area which has a view over the Nakaumi Lake 中海. There is a fine selection of coffee and delightful desserts.
